I generally reply to all questions within a few days.
If asking for support please remember to specify:
- the version of PrePflog
- the version of Awstats or Pflogsumm
- the version of Postfix
- evidence of the error. It is useful if you provide a small subset of logging related to a single message which is incorrectly handled.
