If asking for support please remember to specify:

  • the version of Dynamic Routes
  • the version of FreePBX
  • the version of Asterisk
  • whether you installed FreePBX from the ReePB or AsteriskNow distribution or did a manual installation from the tar file
  • evidence of the error (example screen print or log file)
  • screenprint of your Dynamic Route configuration
  • the scenario you are implementing with Dynamic Routes
  • the contents of /etc/asterisk/extension_additional.conf [dynroute-n] sections
