Dynamic Routes was originally derived from two Freepbx modules Callerid Lookup and IVR released under GPL version 2. A significant part of the rewritten version 13 was derived from the Freepbx 13 IVR module released under GPL version 3. The modifications which I have made to the code are copyrighted 2009-2016 by John Fawcett. No use may be made of the code except that specified under the GPL, unless previously agreed with the copyright owners.
