I generally reply to all questions within a few days.

If asking for support please remember to specify:

  • the version of PrePflog
  • the version of Awstats or Pflogsumm
  • the version of Postfix
  • evidence of the error. It is useful if you provide a small subset of logging related to a single message which is incorrectly handled.
