I generally reply to all questions within a few days.
If asking for support please remember to specify:
- the version of the Callback script
- the version of FreePBX
- the version of Asterisk
- whether you installed FreePBX from the ReePB or AsteriskNow distribution or did a manual installation from the tar file
- evidence of the error (example screen print or log file)
