Dynamic Routes was originally derived from two Freepbx modules Callerid Lookup and IVR released under GPL version 2. A significant part of the rewritten version 13 was derived from the Freepbx 13 IVR module released under GPL version 3 and with additional code based on the example at [https://github.com/jfinstrom/helloworld here]. The modifications which I have made to the code are copyrighted © 2009-{{CURRENTYEAR}} by John Fawcett.
