Dynamic Routes was originally derived from two Freepbx modules Calleridlookup and IVR. A significant part of the rewritten version 13 was derived from the Freepbx 13 IVR module. The modifications which I have made to the code are copyrighted 2009-2016 John Fawcett. No use may be made of them except that specified under the GPL, unless previously agreed with the copyright owners.
